| | This article is relevant to nurses in haematology highlighting the ongoing dilemma with resusicitation in the cancer patient.
This is a short but valuable debate for and against the title.
The paper considers the patients rights regarding informed consent and involvement in treatment, within the debate the authors cite previous studies undertaken which look at patients views regarding resuscitation and quality of life.
As with any debate there is valuable argument from both parties.
