Chemotherapy screening test Bath Cancer Research undertakes a laboratory test (the TRAC assay; was the DiSC assay) on fresh leukaemia or lymphoma cells to identify which drugs are most likely to be of benefit to the individual patient. They have been doing research in this area for over 20 years, particularly in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).
